Cremenelli Tartufo Salami
About the Company
Creminelli Fine Meats provides Americans with traditional Italian meat specialties some of which weren't otherwise available in the U.S. and many of which are available only on a regional basis in Italy. They hope to improve the selection of fine meats in the U.S. and in so doing provide exciting new culinary experiences for Americans.
About the Product
Cremenelli's Tartufo starts as a Felino salami to which Cristiano Creminelli adds black summer truffles, their delicate earthy aroma working magic with the all-natural pork and simple Felino spice blend.
Why We Like it
The Cremenelli family has been producing fine meat products since the 1600s. More than 400 years of excellence is enough for us.

American Spoon's Cherry Preserves
About the Company
In 1981 Chef Larry Forgione and Justin Rashid shared a new dream: to produce the finest fruit preserves in the world from Michigan fruit. Larry developed an original recipe that would capture the essences of the fruit, Justin selected superb varieties of Northern fruits worthy of the effort, a kitchen was furnished with large copper kettles and wooden paddles, and American Spoon was born.
About the Product
Loaded with Montmorency Cherries, the fruit for which Michigan is most famous. Lake Michigan's effect on the climate in Michigan's Northwest Lower Peninsula and our rolling hills of loamy glacial landforms are ideal for growing this stunningly beautiful and naturally refined fruit.
Why We Like it
This is not one of those cherry "preserves" with unrecognizable red lumps. This delectable treat has large hunks of Michigan Montmorency Cherries, making it nearly impossible to spread, but perfect for spooning onto your favorite biscuit. This is what a preserve should be.

Mitica's Marcona Almonds
About the Company
Mitica is a brand representing top of the line products imported from Portugal, Italy and Spain, including dried fruit breads, mostardas, jams, jellies, cheese and serrano ham.
About the Product
Spain's most prized possession in the form of a smooth, tan almond. Known as the "Queen of Almonds", the Marcona is the most precious in Spain and is indigenous to the country. It is sweet and softer than most almonds. Our almonds are peeled, fried in sunflower oil, and salted to highlight the almond's flavor, not overpower it.
Why We Like it
Fried, salted, almond goodness. Honestly, there is nothing not to like about that entire culinary experience.

Poppy Seed Lavash Crackers
About the Company
Hot Bread Kitchen is a non-profit social enterprise that creates better lives for low-income women and their families. We do this by paying women while they learn the skills necessary to launch food businesses and achieve management track positions in food manufacturing. To help offset the cost of our training and to build esteem in the contribution of immigrants, we sell delicious multi-ethnic breads that are inspired by our bakers and the many countries that they come from. We make it a priority to use local and organic ingredients.
About the Product
Our lavash is made with organic wheat flour. Lavash is baked and eaten in Armenia and Iran. Traditionally, it is rolled thin and served soft. Hot Bread Kitchen's lavash is baked on sheets to create a crispy cracker and topped with a variety of seeds and spices.
Why We Like it
This company betters the lives of low-income women while also making sensational baked goods. What's not to like?

American Spoon's Red Haven Peach Preserves
About the Company
In 1981 Chef Larry Forgione and Justin Rashid shared a new dream: to produce the finest fruit preserves in the world from Michigan fruit. Larry developed an original recipe that would capture the essences of the fruit, Justin selected superb varieties of Northern fruits worthy of the effort, a kitchen was furnished with large copper kettles and wooden paddles, and American Spoon was born.
About the Product
From Joe Daly's orchards along the shores of Lake Michigan, the luscious Red Haven peach produces the ultimate chunky peach preserve. American Spoon is one of the last companies in America that still hand peels and hand pits this melting flesh variety of freestone peach that was developed in South Haven, Michigan during the 1920s.
Why We Like it
Apologies to our home state, but we have yet to come across a better peach preserve than this beauty from Michigan. It's chunky, delicious, and the aroma after you open the jar fills your kitchen for hours.
