Buffalo Chicken Dip

Buffalo Chicken Dip 

Difficulty level: Easy  

Ingredients:

    • 1 lb. chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
    • 8 ounce cream cheese, room temperature
    • 1 cup sour cream
    • 1/2 buffalo sauce, we prefer Frank's Red Hots
    • 1 1/2 cup Sweet Grass Dairy Heat, shredded
    • 1 packed Ranch Seasoning 

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, cream cheese, sour cream, buffalo sauce, and 1 cup of shredded Heat cheese.
  3. Mix with a large spatula until fully combined. Spread in the bottom of a baking dish. Sprinkle the remaining 1/2 Heat cheese over the top.
  4. Bake in the oven, uncovered, for 15-20 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly. 
  5. Remove from over and immediately drizzle with Ranch dressing. 
  6. Serve with Fritos, Tostitos, carrots, or celery!
