Shipping Policy

Thank you for your consideration in purchasing our handcrafted cheeses. We want to ensure that when you purchase our products, you have the best experience possible.  For our perishable products to arrive in great condition, we can only ship Monday - Thursday depending on transit time.  We do not ship over the weekend.   

**Shipping times may be adjusted during peak times, holidays, or natural disasters.**

• Orders placed on Monday or Tuesday by 2 PM ET will arrive the same week.
• Orders placed Wednesday by 2 PM ET will arrive by Friday if;
• Two Day Select or Next day Air is the shipping method chosen by the customer. 
• If the delivery is within a ground shipping area with a time in transit of 2 days or less. 
• Most southeastern states qualify for ground shipping sent within 1-2 business days.
• Orders placed Thursday by 2 PM ET will arrive Friday if;
• Next Day Air is selected by the customer
• If  the delivery is within a ground shipping area for time in transit of one day.
• Orders placed Friday – Sunday will be shipped and delivered the following week.  
• If you place an order on Wednesday, unless you specify overnight delivery or you are in a one day ground shipping zone, your order will not be shipped until the following week.

This Privacy Policy governs the manner in which Sweet Grass Dairy collects, uses, maintains and discloses information collected from users (each, a "User") of the https://www.SweetGrassDairy.com/ website ("Site"). This privacy policy applies to the Site and all products and services offered by Sweet Grass Dairy.

We may collect personal identification information from Users in a variety of ways, including, but not limited to, when Users visit our site and in connection with other activities, services, features or resources we make available on our Site. Users may be asked for, as appropriate, name, email address, mailing address, phone number, credit card information,

Users may, however, visit our Site anonymously.

We will collect personal identification information from Users only if they voluntarily submit such information to us. Users can always refuse to supply personally identification information, except that it may prevent them from engaging in certain Site related activities.

Sweet Grass Dairy collects and uses Users personal information for the following purposes:

  Your information helps us to more effectively respond to your customer service requests and support needs.

  We may use information in the aggregate to understand how our Users as a group use the services and resources provided on our Site.
• To improve our Site
  We continually strive to improve our website offerings based on the information and feedback we receive from you.
• To process transactions
  We may use the information Users provide about themselves when placing an order only to provide service to that order. We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to provide the service.
• To send periodic emails
  If User decides to opt-in to our mailing list, they will receive emails that may include company news, updates, related product or service information, etc. If at any time the User would like to unsubscribe from receiving future emails, we include detailed unsubscribe instructions at the bottom of each email or User may contact us via our Site.

How we protect your information
We adopt appropriate data collection, storage and processing practices and security measures to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or destruction of your personal information, username, password, transaction information and data stored on our Site.

We encourage Users to frequently check this page for any changes to stay informed about how we are helping to protect the personal information we collect. You acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to review this privacy policy periodically and become aware of modifications.

Your acceptance of these terms
By using this Site, you signify your acceptance of this policy and terms of service. If you do not agree to this policy, please do not use our Site. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of changes to this policy will be deemed your acceptance of those changes.

Return Policy

We are always striving to bring the best tasting products to you, your family, or your friend's table.   We will do our best to ensure the cheese arrives in a timely manner and in great condition.  Since we’re shipping a perishable product, we encourage you to let the recipient know so that they can be on the lookout for a package. Also, we recommend that you track the shipments yourself and follow up to confirm that the package has been received.  If you’re unsatisfied, please reach out and give us clear details on the problem so we can refund or replace your order and improve our processes for future deliveries.  

We are not responsible for spoiled or damaged products for the following:

• Incorrect addresses and/or missing apartment numbers, suites, etc.
• Gifts that are sent to recipients who are out of town or unable to receive.
• Gifts sent to businesses when closed.

The Sweet Grass Dairy mobile message service (the "Service") is operated by Sweet Grass Dairy (“Sweet Grass Dairy”, “we”, or “us”). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.

By consenting to Sweet Grass Dairy’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of Sweet Grass Dairy through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Service-related messages may include updates, alerts, and information (e.g., order updates, account alerts, etc.). Promotional messages may include promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders).

You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program in order to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with Sweet Grass Dairy. Your participation in this program is completely voluntary.

We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details. You are solely responsible for all charges related to SMS/text messages, including charges from your wireless provider.

You may opt-out of the Service at any time. Text the single keyword command STOP to +18448993129 or click the unsubscribe link (where available) in any text message to cancel. You'll receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text message. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device, unless initiated by you. If you have subscribed to other Sweet Grass Dairy mobile message programs and wish to cancel, except where applicable law requires otherwise, you will need to opt out separately from those programs by following the instructions provided in their respective mobile terms.

We may change any short code or telephone number we use to operate the Service at any time and will notify you of these changes. You acknowledge that any messages, including any STOP or HELP requests, you send to a short code or telephone number we have changed may not be received and we will not be responsible for honoring requests made in such messages.

The wireless carriers supported by the Service are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide us with a valid mobile number. If you get a new mobile number, you will need to sign up for the program with your new number.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the Service, any errors in such information, and/or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or Service.
