Pimento Cheese Deviled Eggs

Pimento Cheese Deviled Eggs

Ingredients:

  • 10 eggs
  • 8 ounces of Sweet Grass Dairy Pimento Cheese
  • 1⁄2 cup of Mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons of Dijon Mustard
  • Dash of Salt
  • 3 pieces of Bacon (optional)

Directions:

  1. Peel hard boiled eggs and slice in half lengthwise.
  2. Remove egg yolks and place in food processor, mix until finely ground.
  3. Whisk mayonnaise, mustard, and salt into a mixing bowl.
  4. Add mayonnaise mixture into food processor and mix with yolks until smooth consistency.
  5. Fold pimento cheese into yolk mixture.
  6. Put mixture into a piping bag and fill egg whites.
  7. OPTIONAL STEP: Break pieces of cooked bacon and put them on top of the deviled eggs once finished.
